Ministry Model

Encounter is a unique community-based young adult ministry that focuses on discipleship and our relationship with God. Encounter includes a Sabbath School ministry as well as other ministry teams and opportunities. We believe that discipleship happens best in a safe, caring community. Each ministry team is responsible for a different aspect of the ministry. The ministry is led by a core team of leaders with representatives from each ministry team. We also desire to be a resource and help to start or develop other young adult ministries elsewhere around the country.
