Teams

Encounter has five teams that are instrumental in keeping the ministry running smoothly. Each team has a leader who chairs meetings, attends leadership meetings, and organizes the activities of the team with the assistance of his/her team members. In this way, the various responsibilities of Encounter are divided among numerous individuals, which allows more people to get involved and creates a sense of ownership. The five teams include Communications, Connections/Social, Praise, Service, and Teaching.
